Returns - Unfortunately as our items are personalised and made to order we cannot accept returns for change of mind or sizing. Please check your order before processing. Of course if your item is faulty we will happily exchange or refund.

As all items are handmade to order please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be complete. In most cases your item/s will arrive within days of your order. Thank-you for your patience.

**PLEASE NOTE: Base may require fitting to the acrylic. Due to the variance in acrylic thickness from the manufacturer, we cannot guarantee that it will be a tight fit and stand dead straight, there may be some slight wobble or angle to it. If this is the case, please use any epoxy base adhesive or acrylic specific adhesive to secure.

To clear and care for your acrylic please only use a damp microfibre cloth to lightly wipe over acrylic only. Do not use any chemicals, paper towel or abrasive materials. The use of harsh materials may cause scratches.
