Our intention at PYW is to ensure our customers are 100% happy with their purchase.
Please note all personalised items are made to order with love by our team. We sincerely hope that you love them as much as we we did creating them. For this reason, personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty or damaged.
Faulty Items
Should you receive an item that is deemed faulty by us, we will:
Contact us via email to report a faulty item within 7 days of your order being sent. Please take photographs of the fault and be ready to email them through. We may request that you return the item at your cost, so that we can assess the damage. If we deem the fault is ours, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the garment, and we will send you a replacement in the same colour and size. In the event that the particular item has sold out and cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued on the original purchase price. Alternatively, we will offer the opportunity to exchange the sold out item for another product with any difference in price to either be credited or charged accordingly.
Change of Mind
In accordance with ACCC guidelines we are not required to provide a refund for change of mind, however we are happy to provide an exchange for change of mind within 7 working days of goods being received or a store credit. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with tags attached together with original packaging. Please email us to arrange the return. Replacement items will incur the same shipping fee as the original order.
