What is the turnaround time?
Please allow 7-10 working days for your item to be dispatched.
If for any reason your order is going to be any longer than this, you will be contacted in plenty of time. This is due to each item being made to order and usually requiring personalisation and unique details applied to each item.
How long will it take for my item to be shipped?
Our current service provider is Australia Post. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been shipped. We have a flat rate of $9.50 for all shipping, and you will receive the item within 2-5 business days. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays with Australia Post.
Do we accept returns?
Unfortunately as our items are personalised and made to order we cannot accept returns for change of mind or sizing. Please check your order before processing. Of course if your item is faulty we will happily exchange or refund.
